- Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Items that show signs of use or damage may be subject to partial refund or rejection.

- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as clearance products, gift cards, and consumables (e.g., film, batteries) are not eligible for return due to their nature or pricing policies.

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error or defective product.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. In such cases, the restocking fee will be waived, and return shipping costs will be covered by Quality Rated Products.
