Quality Rated Products — Return Policy

At Quality Rated Products, we are committed to providing high‑quality merchandise and a transparent, customer‑focused return process. The following Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website, retail location, or any authorized sales channel.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery or in‑store purchase.
1.2 To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In new, unused, and resalable condition
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Free of damage, wear, or signs of use
1.3 Items that are incomplete, damaged, altered, or missing components may be denied or subject to additional fees.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible for return or refund:
- Consumable items (e.g., batteries, cleaning supplies, filters)
- Opened software, digital goods, or downloadable items
- Personal‑use products (e.g., hygiene‑related items)
- Special orders, custom orders, or items marked “Final Sale”
- Any product showing signs of use, tampering, or modification
3. Restocking Fee
3.1 All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
3.2 The restocking fee applies to:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Returns of items that are opened but unused
- Any return not resulting from an error by Quality Rated Products
3.3 The restocking fee does not apply if the return is due to:
- A defective product
- An incorrect item shipped by the Company
- Damage occurring during transit (with proper carrier documentation)
4. Refund Method
4.1 Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Shipping charges, insurance fees, and expedited delivery costs are non‑refundable.
4.3 If the original payment method is unavailable, refunds may be issued as store credit at the Company’s discretion.
4.4 Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Return Shipping
5.1 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Company error or a defective product.
5.2 The Customer is responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged and insured for transit.
5.3 The Company is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
6.1 Customers must report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
6.2 The Company may request photos, serial numbers, or additional documentation to verify the issue.
6.3 Once verified, the Company will provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no cost to the Customer.
7. Exchange Policy
7.1 Exchanges may be permitted for eligible items, subject to product availability.
7.2 Exchanges follow the same inspection and eligibility requirements as returns.
7.3 If an exchange cannot be completed, a refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued.
8. Policy Enforcement
Quality Rated Products reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy. All decisions regarding returns and refunds are made at the Company’s sole discretion.
